We have an opening for an Intern (Talent Development) in our Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities- Supports various aspects of talent development programs and training initiatives;
- Supports the preparation and roll-out of training programs and initiatives across the firm;
- Assists with training and signature learning events, including scheduling, logistics support, coordination, preparing materials, distributing post‑training evaluations, synthesizing feedback/attendance data to help identify future program improvement opportunities;
- Assists with the firm’s CLE/CPD program offerings, including updating and maintaining lawyer CLE database, maintaining required documentation for accreditation purposes, and preparing CLE application forms and documentation for in‑house programs;
- Assists with other projects as assigned.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Interest in and curiosity about legal professional services environment and learning and development;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects;
- Research skills and Internet search proficiency are desired.
- Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
The hourly wage that we expect to pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
