Job Description

Skill Bridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our admissions and business development efforts. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting client communications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the overall sales process to help prospective students find the right educational pathway.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales and admissions team with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about programs and enrollment procedures
  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate appointments, follow‑ups, and enrollment documentation
