We are seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support our client and their C-suite team during a maternity leave. This role will provide shared support to the CFO, CCO, and COO and will serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external communications, supporting business operations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, trusted, and confident, with the ability to anticipate needs and contribute to a collaborative and innovative culture.

Onsite Mon-Thur, remote Fri
Hours: 9AM-5PM
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage the C-suite executives’ calendars with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and thoughtful allocation of time and resources; anticipate conflicts and independently reprioritize as needed to accommodate changing business priorities.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, agendas, and preparation of materials for meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between the C-suite and internal departments, fostering strong working relationships while maintaining credibility, trust, and professionalism with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage expense reporting, including preparation and submission of monthly expense reports in accordance with company policies and resolution of any expense-related issues.
- Provide ad hoc support for business initiatives, including assisting with management presentations, preparing business decks, and conducting light research or information gathering.
- Perform a wide range of administrative and project-based tasks, including researching information, updating databases, and organizing large volumes of materials.
- Partner with other Executive Assistants to support general office operations such as mail distribution, phone coverage, office and break room supplies, and coordination of mass mailings or office-wide initiatives.
- Associate degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business or a related field. - Minimum of 5-7 years of administrative experience
, including supporting C-suite or senior executives
. - Experience out of Apparel, Beauty, CPG or Entertainment companies a plus!
- Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy and quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Ramp Expenses software a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
