Schedule mirrors CEO availability. Some weeks will require 3 days in office, others up to 5 days.
Compensation
: $32-35/hour, depending on experience.
Hourly, full-time
. Long-term role with opportunity for rate review around 9 months.
This is a senior Executive Assistant role supporting the CEO across professional and personal scheduling, business operations, and day-to-day execution. The EA acts as a strategic gatekeeper and operator - anticipating needs, building systems, and exercising independent judgment to keep the CEO and company running at a high level. The EA is empowered to make judgment calls, manage priorities, and move work forward without constant oversight.
This is a career EA position for a seasoned professional who values ownership, reliability, and discretion.
This is not a creative apprenticeship, film/TV pathway, or stepping-stone role.
Key Responsibilities- Executive & Personal Support (Primary)
- Own the CEO’s calendar across business and personal commitments
- Anticipate needs 2–8+ weeks ahead (meetings, prep, travel, deadlines)
- Manage inbox triage and draft correspondence on CEO’s behalf
- Prepare agendas, briefs, decks, reminders, and materials
- Act as gatekeeper; protect CEO time and focus
- Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment
- Operations & Business Infrastructure
- Serve as point of contact with landlords, building management, vendors, and service providers
- Own and continuously improve operational systems (Notion, Drive, Box, trackers)
- Oversee office and studio logistics, organization, and supplies
- Maintain internal trackers (bookings, outreach, contacts/CRM, events)
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions
- Projects & Special Initiatives
- Update and maintain decks and templates with current content
- Support internal events and key client-facing moments
- Coordinate gifting and logistics-heavy initiatives
- Own ad hoc projects requiring follow-through, judgment, and cross-functional coordination
- Projects often have incomplete information and require independent problem-solving.
- Some weeks require 5 days in office
- Must have reliable transportation and consistent weekday availability aligned with CEO schedule
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Able to adapt quickly as priorities shift
- Calm, grounded, and effective under pressure
- Not remote or hybrid-first
- Not a creative role
- Not a pathway into film, TV, or producing
- Not entry-level
- Not short-term

- 5+ years experience supporting a founder, executive, or principal
- Comfortable supporting both professional and personal workflows
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication
- Tech-comfortable (Google Suite, Notion, Slack, trackers)
- Discreet, dependable, and low-ego
- Values stability, consistency, and long-term fit
- Comfortable being accountable without constant feedback or reassurance
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Notion (task tracking, CRM-lite, dashboards)
- Slack
- Canva (basic deck edits, resizing, light polish)
- Calendar tools (native Google, Calendly, etc.)
