Administrative Assistant (Onsite – Full Time)
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced, professional services team. Who You’ll Work WithYou’ll work closely with senior professionals and internal stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact and helping drive efficiency, organization, and exceptional client service. This role offers meaningful exposure to business operations and the chance to grow alongside experienced professionals.
What You’ll Do- Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple senior team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics with attention to priorities and deadlines
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Support on-site client meetings with a hospitality-focused mindset
- Serve as a primary contact for administrative requests and client inquiries
- Communicate proactively with team members to stay aligned on priorities and updates
- Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with expense reporting
- Support office operations including supplies, facilities needs, and general upkeep
- Assist with event coordination, including planning, outreach, and logistics
- Maintain databases, track information, and support internal initiatives
- Handle phones, correspondence, and general office administration
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as skills and knowledge grow
- 2–4 years of administrative or executive support experience in a professional or corporate environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or database experience is a plus
- Onsite, Monday–Friday
- Hours:
8:00am–5:00pm (with flexibility for occasional overtime as needed)
