Executive Assistant / Partnerships & Operations Coordinator (Hybrid)
📍 Los Angeles preferred | Hybrid (Remote + occasional in-person)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Partnerships & Operations Coordinator to support our Founder and leadership team.
About the RoleThis role acts as a key liaison and operational support across partnerships, talent, and internal operations.
It’s ideal for someone who loves organization, coordination, and relationship management — and wants exposure to the creator economy without being commission-based (yet).
This role has a clear growth path into:
- Operations Manager
- Partnerships Lead
- Talent Agent
- Act as a liaison on behalf of the Founder with brands, partners, PR agencies, and collaborators
- Manage inboxes, scheduling, follow-ups, and next steps
- Track brand conversations, deal stages, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist with outreach using existing templates, decks, and materials
- Support influencer communication and relationship touchpoints
- Maintain organized talent trackers and rosters
- Assist with pitching creators using existing materials
- Track campaign deliverables and deadlines
- Maintain and organize Google Drive folders, trackers, and shared docs
- Support SOP documentation and workflow improvements
- Keep systems clean, accurate, and up to date
- Help bring structure to fast-moving operations
- Support planning and execution of events and activations
- Assist with guest lists, RSVPs, logistics, and follow-ups
- Support on-site coordination when applicable
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable acting on behalf of leadership
- Strong communicator with great follow-through
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle priorities
- Interested in long-term growth within an agency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and admin tools
- Comfort working independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- A polished, professional demeanor
- Availability for occasional in-person meetings or events
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or events
- Familiarity with CRMs, Notion, Airtable, or scheduling tools
- Canva or light content coordination experience
- Hourly or monthly retainer
- Performance-based increases
- Clear path to expanded responsibility and leadership roles
