Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Hollywood – 1750 N Vine Street, Hollywood, CA 90028
Duration: 2 weeks (with potential to extend for longer assignments)
Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week (Time in/Time out – weekly)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-touch support to an executive for an immediate two-week assignment. The role could extend beyond this initial period depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for the executive.
Manage and maintain the executive’s appointment schedule, including planning, updates, and notifications.
Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely delivery.
Anticipate and manage risks, conflicts, or problem areas proactively.
Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meet high standards.
Arrange all travel plans, including multi-leg trips and last-minute changes.
Manage incoming mail and correspondence efficiently.
Process expense reports, ensuring correct coding and resolution of payment issues.
Create and maintain an effective electronic filing system.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience.
Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Available for immediate 10-minute phone screens starting 01/28/2026.
Must be available to work on-site in Hollywood, CA.
