About the Role

Steaven Jones & Co. is seeking an Office Manager and Leasing Administrator with 1–3 years of professional office experience to support leasing operations, marketing execution, and internal office systems. You’ll serve as a key point of coordination across teams, managing administrative workflows, supporting leasing documentation, maintaining marketing materials, and ensuring the office runs efficiently day-to-day. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a professional office setting.

What

You’ll DoOffice Management
  • Oversee office supplies, vendors, and shared resources
  • Maintain organized digital and hard-copy filing systems
  • Coordinate weekly team lunches and occasional office needs
  • Serve as a reliable operational point person for the office
Leasing Administration
  • Maintain leasing task lists, reports, and deal trackers
  • Draft proposals, LOIs, and supporting leasing documents
  • Coordinate with the Leasing Director on active deals and follow-ups
  • Organize digital and physical leasing files
Marketing Support
  • Update CRM and marketing databases
  • Create and update leasing brochures, signage, and listings
  • Coordinate Matterport tours, photography, and property content
  • Assist with social media posting (Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok)
What You’ll Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, leasing support, marketing coordination, or property management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing recurring responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with standard office software, databases, and CRM tools.
  • Solid writing skills and an eye for clean, professional marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset. You notice what needs to be done and take initiative.

Compensation
