As our Rockstar Receptionist
, you'll be the maestro of our front-office symphony, orchestrating a harmonious workplace that keeps our organization humming along. This role isn't just about answering phones – it's about being the face, voice, and spirit of our company! We're looking for a communication ninja with a keen eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks. Ready for a work adventure?

We offer a treasure chest of benefits and a salary that'll make your wallet smile. This is a Part-Time gig, with office hours from 4:30pm-7:30pm, Wednesday, Friday and every other weekend. You'll also get to join our weekend warrior rotation and holiday schedule roulette!

  • Welcome committee extraordinaire:
    Greet, direct, and dazzle residents, staff, and visitors with your charm and helpfulness

    Oversee distribution like a logistics wizard

    Keep it clean, organized, and so welcoming that people might mistake it for a five-star hotel lobby
  • Channel your inner office supply superhero:
    Maintain inventory and swoop in to save the day when supplies run low
  • Embrace your inner tech-savvy multitasker:
    Tackle computer tasks, office work, and special projects assigned by the Office Coordinator or other Supervisors with the enthusiasm of a kid in a candy store (but with adult-level accuracy, of course!)
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional office administration
  • Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational capabilities

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with office equipment and technology
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules
