We are a growing warehouse and distribution company based in Los Angeles, specializing in food service, restaurant, packaging, and janitorial supplies. Our team interacts daily with customers, vendors, and internal departments to deliver high-quality products and excellent service - we need a friendly, organized Receptionist to help keep everything running smoothly.

Role Overview

As the Warehouse Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, delivery drivers, vendors, and callers. You’ll support warehouse operations by providing excellent customer service, coordinating incoming communications, tracking deliveries, and helping with basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and delivery drivers professionally and courteously
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Track and log incoming/outgoing deliveries and paperwork

    Coordinate with warehouse staff to relay messages and updates
  • Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document management
  • Support administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and preparing shipping paperwork
  • Help order supplies for the warehouse/reception area as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service for walk-ins and phone inquiries
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in office administration a plus
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude
