Loan Specialist

Overview

Perform data and document validation to ensure loan files meet baseline requirements before moving to next processing stages. Review loan applications for accuracy and compliance with agency guidelines. Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats related to documentation needs or loan status (entry-level support). Interact with internal departments to resolve issues, expedite processing, and keep files moving efficiently. Complete appraisal eligibility tasks and assist with income or asset documentation reviews as training progresses.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance, Federal, State, and local regulations.
