Salary $5,400 - $11,467 monthly
- Join Business and Finance Solutions (BFS) as a Training Specialist to provide vital administrative, financial, and business support to campus organizations and departments.
- Collaborate to produce innovative training materials for UCLA s administrative staff.
- Plan and facilitate training sessions on essential financial functions under the direction of the Training Lead.
- Produce visually appealing training materials using tools like Canva.
- Manage special projects and ensure the functionality and relevance of digital instructional resources.
- Apply strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support training and change management initiatives.

- Budgeted hiring salary/target range: posted minimum to $7,500 monthly, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Duration: 12 months, with potential extension based on department needs and budgetary restrictions.
- Work arrangement:
Hybrid, with expectation to come into the office at least once a month or on designated BFS OPS team days.
