Mission
We’re looking for an organized, friendly, and proactive Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, while also keeping our day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming workplace.
What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
Greet and check in visitors; ensure a professional, secure, and welcoming experience
Answer and route phone calls, messages, and general inquiries
Manage mail/packages
Office Operations
Assist in Facilities Management; facilities, coffee/water service
Submit service tickets and track follow-through on office/facilities issues
Coordinate conference rooms, meeting set-ups, and guest access as needed
Support internal and external events; team lunches, celebrations, company meetings.
Help keep shared spaces organized and aligned with company standards
Administrative Support
Assist with onboarding logistics; desk set-up, welcome materials, supplies
Provide light support to Operations;
Candidate Travel, NDAs, consultant contracts
Required Qualifications
2+ year experience in reception, office administration, hospitality, or customer-facing support (startup experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing competing priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Calendar, Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel)
Professional judgment with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a growing team in an office/warehouse/manufacturing setting
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, shipping tools, basic troubleshooting)
