Job Description- Receives Purchase Orders from Emails, SPS. Entering SOMS
- Creates Sales Orders on SAP
- Creates Production Orders on SAP
- Maintain and update vendor records and files
- Coordinate with the QA team to request and obtain export numbers as needed
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Use Excel spreadsheets to track orders, monitor status, and provide timely updates to the Inventory Manager
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all order and data management activities

Full time, Onsite, Monday
- Friday, weekends if needed - The pay range: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic to intermediate formulas
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
