Our client, a leading organization in the corporate sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Support to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Support, you will be part of the Administrative Department supporting executive management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $25-$28/hr.

** Shift:
** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Oversee and perform all administrative functions for two executives, including composing correspondence and maintaining confidential files

+ Manage the daily work schedule of the executives and update appointment calendars

+ Assist with special projects such as research, documentation, and presentation development

+ Prepare for meetings by drafting agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes

+ Coordinate travel arrangements and handle mail processing as needed

** What's Needed?*
* + A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience providing administrative support to executive management or office management

+ Two years of college; a Bachelor's degree is preferred

+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, and computerized accounting systems

+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities
