Overview

Seeking a professional and organized Front Office Administrator/Receptionist to manage daily front‑office operations and provide exceptional administrative support. This role requires someone who is personable, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage front desk operations, calendars, and appointment scheduling
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and document distribution
  • Maintain organized reception and office areas
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and office supply management
  • Support leadership and team members with various administrative needs
  • Assist with tenant communication, documentation, and property‑related coordination as needed
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with App Folio is required
  • Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technologies
  • Professional, reliable, and customer‑service oriented
