Sales and Customer Service Assistant

ABM Fashion is a garment and fashion accessories manufacturer, focusing on buttons, buckles and other non-zipper closures. Founded in 1989, we are headquartered in downtown Los Angeles, California, with additional offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

We work with some of the best fashion labels in the world, and we are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles!

We are looking for both experienced applications and entry-level applicants, all welcome to apply

• Assist Account Manager with account follow-up, including sourcing trims, preparing invoices, tracking orders and other customer service and production related tasks
• Follow up with factories and vendors on shipping and logistics
• Manage costing and pricing for new trims
• Organize samples, collection and design room in the office
• Entering sales orders in system, and managing order flow and supply chain
• General office duties as needed
• Maintain library of trims, marking approved trims and rejected trims
• Maintain bulk trims for approval, ensuring it matches the developed trims

• 1-3 years experience preferred
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Background in sales preferred
• Background in fashion preferred (design, production, fabric, buttons)
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills)
• Self-starter and highly organized
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaborative skills
