We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of real estate agents and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for agents
  • Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports as needed
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and databases
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials
  • Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
