A supportive non-profit organization located in Lake View Terrace, CA is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and serve as a liaison with internal and external parties. Ideal candidates should possess experience supporting C-Level executives and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Competitive pay of $30 per hour is offered with a full-time on-site schedule.
