The Office Assistant
- Facilities supports daily operations by coordinating facility-related services across offices. This role assists with maintenance requests, office supplies, workspace setup, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. The position also helps track facilities work orders, schedules repairs, supports moves and office reconfigurations, and provides customer service to staff regarding facilities needs. Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.
