Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Crowd is partnering with a growing, design-driven studio based in Los Angeles that is widely respected for its thoughtful approach to the built environment and collaborative culture. This close-knit team is expanding and seeking a Studio Coordinator to serve as the organizational backbone of the office, supporting day-to-day operations while helping maintain a welcoming, well-run studio environment.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys being the go-to person in a creative studio setting. The Studio Coordinator will play a key role in office management, team support, and internal coordination, with the opportunity to grow into light marketing and visual support over time.

This is a full-time role with a four-day in-office schedule and one remote workday each week, offering a relaxed, collaborative environment that values initiative, flexibility, and positive energy, along with competitive benefits and room to grow as the studio continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring the office is organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly at all times
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general studio communications, helping create a warm and professional environment
  • Support principals and staff with scheduling, calendars, travel coordination, and general administrative needs
  • Coordinate internal activities including team lunches, studio meetings, and occasional events or celebrations
  • Provide light marketing and visual support, partnering with internal team members to assist with proposal updates, social media coordination, and basic website or graphic updates
Key Skills / Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a studio coordinator, office manager, or administrative role, ideally within a design or creative environment
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable acting as a central hub for the studio, with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign in particular) and comfort learning new systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a visual sensibility and interest in design-focused work
