About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities with discretion, and act as a trusted partner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. MUST BE ABLE TO QUICKLY COMMUTE TO WEST HOLYWOOD on an as needed basis.

What

you'll do
  • Executive Support
    :
    Manage daily schedule, calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Communication:
    Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and other communication.
  • Meeting Management:
    Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Project Coordination:
    Assist with the planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate.
  • Gatekeeping
    :
    Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Confidentiality
    :
    Handle sensitive company and employee information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications
  • Education
    :
    Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3–5 years of executive-level administrative support.
  • Skills & Competencies
    :
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Preferred Attributes

    • Experience supporting C-suite executives.

The pay range for this role is:
30 - 50 USD per hour (Los Angeles, CA 90046)
