A high-profile interior design studio is looking for a next-level Executive Assistant / Office Manager to keep the studio humming and the creative engine running. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5—it’s a chance to work side by side with a visionary designer, managing everything from high-stakes client logistics to day-to-day studio operations.
Responsibilities- Own the Executive s calendar, meetings, and travel—domestic and international—with precision.
- Be the hub between leadership, clients, vendors, and the studio team.
- Oversee studio operations, vendors, budgets, and supplies so the space runs effortlessly.
- Research and implement AI tools and technology to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Coordinate team onboarding, events, client presentations, and special projects.
- Bring organization, tech savvy, and problem-solving to a fast-moving, creative environment.
