Overview
Executive Administrative Assistant - Los Angeles. This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Los Angeles, CA.
ResponsibilitiesThis role provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders and broader teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The Administrative Assistant III independently manages complex tasks, serves as a primary point of contact, and helps optimize workflows to support organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior managers and/or a broader department. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external contacts to coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and ensure smooth daily operations.
This includes scheduling and prioritizing meetings, coordinating logistics for internal and external engagements, managing complex travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and presentations, and handling expense reporting. You will also maintain records, databases, and files, manage incoming communications, and serve as a first point of contact for inquiries. You will support ongoing administrative processes, identify opportunities to improve workflows, assist with reporting or basic data analysis, and contribute to special projects as assigned—supporting the overall success and efficiency of the team.
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders
- Passion for supporting teams and leaders with a strong foundation in organization, communication, and problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Familiar with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics
- Skilled in collaborating with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and urgent requests
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism when handling confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Background in administrative support, office operations, or business support roles
- Experience supporting senior-level leaders preferred

On-site in Los Angeles, CA - Pay: $40.00 – $41.38 per hour (W-2)
