Technology Departmental Assistant – Data Insights team

Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA (Onsite, Hybrid Fridays)
Employment Type: Long‑Term Temporary‑Potential Temp‑to‑Hire
Pay Rate: $27–$28 per hour

About the Role

A leading organization in the entertainment and media industry is seeking a Technology Departmental Assistant to support the Data Insights team within their Technology division. This position is ideal for an experienced Executive or Administrative Assistant who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and has an interest in data, analytics, and media
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple executives within the Data Insights team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across departments and time zones.
  • Process expenses and reimbursements using Concur
    .
  • Assist with departmental operations, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support communication and coordination across the Data Insights and Technology teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a corporate, entertainment, or technology environment.
  • Previous experience supporting a data insights, analytics, or research team is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Concur, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and collaborative work style.
