Provides advanced administrative support to senior managers with minimal supervision. Serves as the primary point of contact, independently managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, correspondence, and confidential information. Supports internal and external stakeholders, prepares documents and presentations, and ensures smooth daily operations.
Qualifications- 5+ years of administrative, operations, reception, or client services experience
- Bachelor’s preferred;
Associate’s or High School Diploma accepted - Strong judgment, organization, communication, and prioritization skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
