Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Untitled Entertainment is seeking an administrative assistant to support two literary managers with busy, dynamic desks. This person will be performing all the typical admin duties: rolling calls, managing our calendars and client meetings, providing coverage, managing booking reports etc, and other duties as assigned.
Ideally this person will have previous agency or management experience, but it's not required. We're looking for an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail who is passionate about TV/film.

What you will do:- Manage and roll a high volume of phone calls.
- Schedule and calendar management.
- Build itineraries for business trips, set visits and more.
- Manage booking reports.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Manage submissions.
- Interface with high‑profile clients, producers, and executives.
- Liaise between partners, agents, and peers.
- Read, summarize, and analyze books and screenplays and provide coverage.
- Maintain Verdatabase of contact information for directors, writers, and talent.
- This is an in office position.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least one year of assistant experience in an agency or management company preferred.
- A genuine passion for the representation business in movies, television, and storytelling. böri>il>
- Must have a basic understanding of legal contracts and correspondence.
- Must be an avid reader and read materials quickly and provide a clear synopsis of the material.
- Ability to exercise discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated a proactive disposition, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Proficient with Zoom meetings and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in film, television, media studies, or related field, required.
