Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transcribe text and numerical data from records, spreadsheets, and online forms into the corresponding electronic data repositories and data warehouses
  • Perform regular quality control processes to detect and correct any inaccuracies or discrepancies in inputted data
  • Modify present data entries when new information arrives
  • Follow established data processing guidelines, confidentiality guidelines, and schedules
  • Organize and maintain document storage for source documents and assets
  • Fulfill daily goals for data entry volume and productivity
  • Contribute to other general office duties like photocopying, sending faxes, and document organization as necessary

  • Team Members earn $18 to $23 per hr. Based on hours contributed

Requirements:

  • High school degree or comparable
  • Basic computer proficiency; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and data transcription applications an advantage
  • Capability to keyboard at least 35 wpm with excellent precision
  • Exceptional detail-orientation and robust ability to organize
  • Some previous experience with data input, customer assistance, support services, sales, phone sales or appointment setting
