We are offering a part-time position for Office Clerk.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make on‑line or phone orders and follow up by email
- Understanding scanning and printing
- 1 year of office clerk experience is a must.
- Filing and e‑filing documents
- Order office supplies
- Do other on‑line orders
- Process returns
- Opening mail
- Watering office plans
- Cleaning and organizing supplies/storage room
- Will be required to substitute property Day Porter or be parking attendant when needed
