Job Description

We are offering a part-time position for Office Clerk.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make on‑line or phone orders and follow up by email
  • Understanding scanning and printing
  • 1 year of office clerk experience is a must.
Responsibilities
  • Filing and e‑filing documents
  • Order office supplies
  • Do other on‑line orders
  • Process returns
  • Opening mail
  • Watering office plans
  • Cleaning and organizing supplies/storage room
  • Will be required to substitute property Day Porter or be parking attendant when needed
