Position: Bookkeeper
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Pay: $35 to $40/hour
Experience: Full-cycle AP/AR and Quick Books experience; ACH payment setup
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business or Accounting).
Type: Full-time;
Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Description- Manage full AP and AR functions using Quick Books.
- Initiate ACH payments and set up new payment recipients.
- Record inbound ACH credits and apply them to AR.
- Complete daily bank deposits and reconciliations.
- Process deposit filings for California Redemption Value and other state documents.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee ordering.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks and employee time-off requests.
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books for AP/AR tasks.
- Experience with ACH payment setup and processing.
- Ability to reconcile bank accounts accurately.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
