We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneur in Los Angeles. This role focuses primarily on managing day‑to‑day personal logistics and household‑related needs, while partnering with the executive team when needed. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine eagerness to grow as responsibilities expand over time.

This is a hands‑on role that requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to support personal and occasional business needs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Managing doctor’s appointments, personal scheduling, and travel arrangements (private travel experience preferred)
  • Ordering gifts and coordinating special deliveries
  • Handling personal errands and assisting with household logistics
  • Coordinating appointments and guest schedules alongside house staff
  • Assisting with mail management, IT support, and contact organization
  • Driving the principal as needed
  • Collaborating closely with the Executive Assistant on daily operational tasks
  • Attending daily morning meetings with the executive team
  • Keeping principal’s devices updated and organized
  • Supporting family office communications and calendar management
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks - reporting to EA for direction
  • Maintaining flexibility to adapt to frequent schedule and plan changes
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting executives or HNW individuals in a PA capacity
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders in a family office setting
  • Experience in managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and personal logistics
  • Ability to work independently while effectively taking direction and collaborating closely with the Executive Assistant
  • A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability for occasional weekend work (with advance notice)
  • Comfortable working on‑site at multiple locations, and in the office
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm + occasional weekends, and flexibility outside normal business hours
