Our non-profit client is seeking a temporary Assistant to CFO. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $25.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CFO.
  • Manage the CFO's calendar, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling double/triple/quadruple bookings.
  • Assist with light accounting tasks.
  • Potentially assist with payroll.
  • Support various projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree, related degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
  • Proficiency with Outlook.
  • Office skills.
  • Beginner to intermediate Excel skills (basic experience with spreadsheets).
  • Excellent time management skills.
