Overview

Our client is a creative producer with writing and producing credits on popular TV shows. The long-time assistant is moving on, and we are looking for a wonderful Executive Assistant to join as part of the team.
You will work out of a lovely office in West LA, Monday–Friday, usually 9am–5pm, and be on call for as-needed calls and emails. You’ll manage the executive’s business life and run the office.
Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars and coordinate executive scheduling.
- Arrange meetings and appointments as needed.
- Draft, review, and handle executive correspondence.
- Facilitate signatures and manage sensitive confidential documents.
- Oversee and respond to publicity requests and invitations on behalf of executives.
- Manage and troubleshoot executive device needs (phones, laptops, etc.).
- Oversee office maintenance and cleaning schedules with vendors.
- Coordinate IT and audiovisual support for the office.
- Track and manage office bills and expense reports.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered as needed.
- Maintain document management systems for filing and record-keeping.
- Update and maintain the office manual, ensuring procedures and policies are current.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy, with experience managing devices and basic IT/AV troubleshooting.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Salary offered: $150,000 per year, DOE, plus excellent health insurance, 401k, and generous PTO.
