Overview

Our client is a creative producer with writing and producing credits on popular TV shows. The long-time assistant is moving on, and we are looking for a wonderful Executive Assistant to join as part of the team.

You will work out of a lovely office in West LA, Monday–Friday, usually 9am–5pm, and be on call for as-needed calls and emails. You’ll manage the executive’s business life and run the office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate executive scheduling.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Draft, review, and handle executive correspondence.
  • Facilitate signatures and manage sensitive confidential documents.
  • Oversee and respond to publicity requests and invitations on behalf of executives.
  • Manage and troubleshoot executive device needs (phones, laptops, etc.).
  • Oversee office maintenance and cleaning schedules with vendors.
  • Coordinate IT and audiovisual support for the office.
  • Track and manage office bills and expense reports.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered as needed.
  • Maintain document management systems for filing and record-keeping.
  • Update and maintain the office manual, ensuring procedures and policies are current.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience managing devices and basic IT/AV troubleshooting.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Salary and Benefits

Salary offered: $150,000 per year, DOE, plus excellent health insurance, 401k, and generous PTO.
