Senior Accountant

Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000 annually

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our accounting team in West Los Angeles. This role will play a key part in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and maintaining the integrity of the general ledger. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. • Lead and actively participate in the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of the general ledger
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Analyze variances and provide clear explanations to management
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Assist with external audits and provide requested documentation
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
• Implement efficiencies and best practices within the department
• Support system implementations or upgrades as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience is a plus
