Job Description:
- Send clients invoices and account updates
- Keep accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances
- Receive, sort, and track incoming payments
- Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments
- Issue receipts for received payments
- Securely handle client data and payment information
- Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Incredible attention to detail
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Net Suite is a MUST
- Salesforce experience is a plus
