Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts payable-related reports, month-end income/expense and balance sheet journal entries, and monthly cost center allocation journal entries.
- Create and update written controls and procedures.
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process.
- Review, track, and process invoices, travel advances, and expense reimbursement reports.
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Perform profit and loss fluctuation analysis for managerial review.
- Collect and prepare tax forms and handle 1099 processing for vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 2-4+ years in relevant experience in accounting.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Strong knowledge of (GAAP)
- Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
