- File all tour documents in g-drive including itineraries, show contracts, budgets, etc.
- Review tour budgets
- Complete state tax mitigation applications
- Prepare application Form 8802 and Form 8821 requesting Form 6166 and a letter of US residency certificate
- Prepare Form CA590 when applicable
- Prepare required Canadian forms when applicable
- Ensure insurance certificates are provided by our insurance brokers to the various vendors/promoters
- Record show settlements in Agillink system
- Review and reconcile show settlements *
- Code income received from Promoters and Agents in accordance with department procedures
- Track show income from Promoters and Agents while reconciling Accounts
- Communicate with Promoters and Agents regarding missing income and tax certificates*
- Track tax certificates
- Correspond via e-mail or telephone with agents or tax offices regarding missing tax certificates
- Prepare an invoice for front-end tour support from the record label
- Prepare label bill backs for tours on support and promotional events
- Provide all reporting and related backup to our Australian, Canadian, and French accountants for them to file the tax returns
- Prepare 360 label reporting when applicable
- Communicate with the client’s team including Managers, Tour staff, Agents, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Commitment to exceptional client service

- High School diploma required
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
- 5 plus years of experience in accounting, business management, and/or working with high-net-worth individuals
- 1 plus years of experience working in Agil Link, Datafaction, and/or Quick Books preferred or other enterprise - level accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Standing, walking, crouching, and regular lifting up to 15 pounds
- Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms
- Regularly talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting
- Moderate to loud noise level
- Risk of electrical shock
Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location
