We are looking for an Accountant to join our Advisory Department. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned entertainment, music, sports, and high net-worth clients
• Communicate effectively with clients and client team members
• Prepare Bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports
• Pay client bills
• Credit Card expense analysis for proper coding
• Update performance registers
• Resolve vendor issues
• Update billing worksheets
• Process medical claims

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)
• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Multi-tasker
• Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Agilink, Datafaction a plus
