Overview
ARG is partnering with a well-respected accounting firm in the LA area to find an Audit Director/Partner to lead and manage audit and assurance engagements for a wide range of industries, including middle-market businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and specialized sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior audit professional to:
- Oversee audits, reviews, and compilations with accuracy and insight
- Mentor and develop a high-performing audit team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage multiple engagements while driving quality and compliance
- 12+ years in public accounting with leadership experience
- CPA required
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated success/interest in business development and practice growth
