- Bachelor s in Accounting or similar field required. CPA or Master s Degree a plus
- 4-8 years of property accounting experience within hospitality or commercial real estate required
- Experience working with property management systems such as Yardi, Appfolio, or MRI
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Maintain property ledgers through aging reports and supporting schedules
- Prepare various month end journal entries, CAM reconciliations and financial reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Perform budgeting and forecasting for various properties
- Work cross-functionally with operational leaders on various projects

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $50,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
