• Assist in audit, review, compilation, and accounting services for a variety of clients.
• Prepare and document work papers that are accurate, well cross‑referenced, and easy to understand.
• Resolve audit issues by obtaining evidence and making client inquiries.
• Understand client accounting systems and apply concepts of materiality and audit risk.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Plan to complete 150 credit hours by September 2027 to be CPA licensed.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 in major and overall.
• Prior work or internship experience (accounting experience is a plus).
• Leadership positions in extracurricular activities preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and sharp critical thinking.
• Comfortable navigating fast‑paced environments and embracing change.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Hybrid work model with average 3 days in office. Team includes interns, associates, senior associates, managers, and partners. Office offers amenities, collaboration spaces, and flexible schedule.

Competitive base salary $81,000. Full‑time salary includes discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded inclusive parental benefits, and learning & development platforms.
