A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance for its affordable housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of progressive accounting experience, including work in affordable housing or nonprofit real estate. Advanced Excel skills are required, with knowledge of Yardi or similar ERP preferred. This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 - $125,000 per year.
