Senior Accountant (Hybrid – Torrance, CA)

We’re partnering with a growing, PE-backed multi‑unit company in Torrance to hire a Senior Accountant to join their collaborative and supportive accounting team. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience who wants to deepen their GL skills, step into a higher title, and enjoy a healthy work‑life balance.

$72,000 – $90,000 per year

Annual Bonus

• Assist with month‑end close
  , including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain and support the general ledger across multiple locations
• Prepare and review financial schedules as part of monthly reporting
• Support internal controls, financial policies, and process improvements
• Help the team with ad‑hoc projects, analysis, and accounting operations as needed
• Collaborate closely with a friendly, hands‑on CFO and accounting leadership team

• 2+ years of accounting experience (any industry welcome!)
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, or month‑end close
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
• Someone reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to commute to Torrance 3 days per week

• Hybrid schedule
  : 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
