We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our client, a nationally recognized advisory and professional services firm. This position supports the firm’s Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing clients, providing leadership on audit engagements while mentoring team members and strengthening client relationships. This role suits professionals who want to take ownership of their work while contributing to a team that values practical solutions and steady growth.

Base pay range: $ /yr - $ /yr

• Lead assurance engagements from planning through final deliverables
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and engagement scheduling
• Coordinate and communicate with clients throughout audit process
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff and interns
• Assist with business development efforts, including proposal support
• Ensure compliance with relevant reporting and audit standards

• CPA license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Background in Consumer, Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality sectors
• Prior SEC or PCAOB engagement experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Case Ware or Pro System FX preferred
