The Company is seeking an Accounting Coordinatortojoin the Finance and Accounting teamas itcontinuesin thepath ofsuccessandgrowth.

The Accounting Coordinator reports directly to the Senior VP of Accounting & Finance (“SVP”)andis responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable,assistingwiththe monthly close process,and financial reporting functions of Atlas Entertainmentanditssubsidiaries. This positionensuresthattransactions are postedtimelyandaccuratelyto support deadline-driven reportingforcash management, tax coordination, and financial planning.

The Accounting Coordinator will have frequentinteractionswithsenior level management.

Thisrole isfully on-site Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Code incoming invoice sin accounting system and document payment approval
• Coordinate with SVP on regular check runs/payment processing for approved invoices
• Assist with revenue and receivables tracking as needed
• Code monthly credit card and employee expenses for uploading into accounting system
• Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations for assigned accounts
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, including intercompany & clearing accounts as assigned
• Prepare monthly journal entries accurately andtimely
• Assist with running general ledger reports for variance analysis and management reporting
• Assist other team members with accounting and finance tasks as needed to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting,financeor related field
• Strong Accounting skills,solid understanding ofUS GAAPand ability to apply core principles
• 1+ years of relevantworkexperience
• Experience with dailycash management transactions andmonthlybankreconciliations
• Exceptionalorganizationalskillsandability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Intermediate Excel andproficiencyin Microsoft Office suites

Preferred qualifications:

• Detailed orientedandstrong analytical skills
• Accountingor tax firm experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central
• Interest in media&entertainment

Starting rate of $25 - $33/hr plus overtime depending on experience. Full medical (Blue Shield Platinum PPO), dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting first of the month after 30 days of employment at no cost to employee. Parking paid for by company. Lunch catered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
