Overview of Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is managing client's payables and receivables to ensure the financial records of the client are accurate.

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Ensuring accuracy by entering all backup for payables and receivables
• Maintain each client's payable list
• Bank reconciliations
• Journal entry posting
• Cash Flow statement preparation
• Credit Card Download and coding
• Weekly reporting
• Other duties, as assigned
• Maintain and demonstrate overall technical proficiency with all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• 3 years of experience in managing account payables and receivables
• Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)
• Sense of urgency
• Keen eye for details
• Ability to quickly shift gears without losing focus
• Experience with AGILLINK is highly recommended, however YFA will train the right candidate.

Hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Salary is based on experience.
