We are seeking a Controller to support the financial integrity and compliance of our organization.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance across multiple funding sources and contracts. This role focuses on operational accounting oversight and fiscal accountability in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and funding requirements
• Support payroll oversight and related accounting processes
• Coordinate and support external audits and financial reviews
• Maintain strong internal controls and accurate financial documentation
