The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support client service delivery across accounting engagements. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on day-to-day accounting, supervising staff work, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for a portfolio of clients.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with business owners, managing accounting workflows, and being a steady, reliable presence for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review client accounting work, primarily within Quick Books
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients on accounting and financial questions
- Supervise, review, and provide guidance to staff accountants
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with financial reporting, clean-up projects, and account reconciliations
- Coordinate with internal tax and advisory teams to support client needs
- Maintain organized work papers and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes and internal efficiencies
