Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and proper approvals.
- Enter invoices, expenses, and related transactions into the accounting system in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and maintain organized records for all disbursements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies by communicating with internal teams and external partners.
- Support subcontractor compliance by tracking required documentation and updating vendor files accordingly.
- Strong ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Skilled in reviewing financial documents and identifying discrepancies or missing information.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and project personnel to resolve issues.
- Capable of performing accurate data entry while maintaining attention to detail.
- Able to manage administrative tasks associated with accounts payable functions.
- Excellent organizational skills with consistent accuracy in handling high-volume work.
- Strong communication and problem?solving abilities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and general office software tools.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast?paced accounting environment.
- Prior experience with data entry, invoice review, or similar accounting support roles.
