Responsibilities: receive and process payments (checks, wires, and ACH); resolve payment discrepancies; review of credit card statements and expense allocation; review of aging reports and customer accounts; collection of outstanding payments; provide back up support to Accounts Payable with data entry of invoices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounts receivable/collections experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
